With a computer tune-up, our technicians will access your computer remotely to find and remove unnecessary software, install critical updates, optimize your Web browser, and make sure your operating system is running at peak performance.* Our service includes chatting with our technicians over the phone or via an online chat window. With remote access to your computer, our technicians will perform all of these important steps so you won’t have to on your own.

Streamlining The User Experience

We’ll remove programs and shortcuts you do not need or want, and configure start-up items and services to best suit your needs. Our technicians will also install critical updates for your operating system.

Cleaning Up Your Web Browser

We’ll set your favorite Web browser as the default and configure the default home page and search engine. We’ll also remove out-of-date browser plug-ins, and install new ones at your request.

Securing Your Computer

We’ll activate security software and register it for your computer. (Security software sold separately.)

Final Touches
