When we arrive at your home, we’ll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don’t, we’ll recommend solutions.

Network and Account

We’ll analyze your Wi-Fi network and make suggestions to ensure connectivity. Then, we’ll connect the smart hub to the network, install an app as needed, and guide you through setup of your user account.

Smart Hub

We’ll install and configure the smart hub and integrate and show you how to control up to 6 smart home devices.

We’ll test and demonstrate your new system and components. And, we’ll let you know how to contact us for future support, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed.
